Free auction templates for eBay

This page has various free template designs ready for use. There are various themes covering such areas as computing, electronics, fabrics as well as general themes such as flowers and Easter. More templates will be added to the list as and when I can make them.

These templates use divisions and CSS style codes for the layout with either a decorative left border or framed border. They are designed to be used with an HTML editor where they can be edited, previewed and when ready the HTML copied into Ebay's HTML description box during auction listing. Using these templates correctly should speed up the process of listing an auction on Ebay.

To view a template left click on a button, to download right click and select "save target/link as".

Disclaimer; The background images for these templates are hosted on a server, whilst ever attempt will be made to keep them active there are no guarantees of this. For this reason the background images should be copied and hosted on an image hoster of your own choice and the templates amended accordingly.

To work better with the new style Ebay listing page all of these templates now have a fixed width of 940px. This is because the new listing's page can "squash" the width of listings which have small or no photo's and a flexible width. The templates width may be changed to suit, listings containing large photo's can still use a flexible width set to auto or 100%.

Flowers

These templates have flowery designs.

Flower T1 has flowers on the left and three vertical in-line image areas.
Flower T2 has flowers on the left and three side-by-side image/text areas.
Flower T3 has a frame with three vertical in-line image areas.
Flower T4 has a framed border and three side-by-side image/text areas.
Flower T5 has flowers on the left and three vertical in-line image areas.

Flower T7 has roses in the border and a pink text area.

Technology

The tech templates have designs suitable for computer or electronics related items. The DVD designs are suitable for either DVD's or CD's.

Tech T1 has a left sided design and three vertical in-line image areas.

Camouflage designs

These designs have a border with a camouflage pattern. They are suitable for use with listings that are for military equipment, clothing, military models or toys and for outdoor equipment or clothing.

Camo T1 has a blue camouflage pattern.
Camo T2 has an urban camouflage with white, greys and black.
Camo T3 has a modern temperate climate camouflage.
Camo T4 has a green and brown mottled camouflage pattern.
Camo T5 has a modern desert camouflage.
Camo T6 has a pink camouflage pattern.
Camo T7 has a grey and brown winter woodland camouflage pattern.

Fabrics

These templates have fabric designs and can be used for a wide range of items.

Patch T1 has a left sided design with three side-by-side image/text areas.

Patterns

These designs have a variety of patterned backgrounds suitable for a wide range of items.

Pattern T1 has a pretty grey and white patterned background.

Simple Templates

The following templates are designed to be simple; simple in design and simple to use. To use them copy and open with an HTML editor and type in the description, the only formating required are line breaks. These templates use divisions instead of HTML tables, information about using them can be found on the style codes page.

Simple T1 Is for a text only description.
Simple T2 Is for a text description plus space for images.
Simple T3 Is for a text only description.
Simple T4 Is for a text description plus space for images.
Simple T5 Is for a text only description and with an image border.
Simple T6 Is for a text description plus space for images and an image border.
Simple T7 Has a pink text area with roses in the border.

Designs with a black theme

The colour black can produce striking backgrounds for listings. The black background gives photographs more impact, useful for showing paintings, jewellery etc. Information for using these can be found on the style codes page.

Black T1 has a black text area with gold text and a gold background image.
Black T2 is a simple design, black backgrounds with white text and designs.
Black T3 is a simple design, black background with orange text areas.
Black T4 is a black and grey design with a dark stone image background.
Black T5 has a multicoloured patterned border with a black background.
Black T6 similar to T5 but using different colours.

Valentine, Spring and Easter designs
